Visceral Fat.

We have reviewed previous research showing that a main player for insulin resistance/diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular issues, and overall fatigue has everything to do with increased visceral fat.  A main target for BHRT is to wind the clock backward and help clear some of this visceral fat to allow for the machinery to simply work more efficiently and as designed.  We feel that any push in that direction is going to benefit people on their journey to improved health and wellness. This particular article compared high levels of catechins from green tea extract with placebo showing decreases in body weight, body mass index, body fat ratio, body fat mass, waist circumference, hip circumference, visceral fat area, and subcutaneous fat area.  There were also drops in blood pressure and LDL (bad cholesterol levels).
